After hearing about it in an audiobook, our Senior Software Engineer, Ste Martin, downloaded ‘Wim Hof Method.’ This is August’s App of the Month.

The app has been built to aid the reprogramming of your nervous system for less stress and a better immune system. Even more so it’s been designed to promote consistency by adding structure to your practice. The app has been built to be available to you anywhere, anytime. With all the content downloadable to your phone, ready to use offline, you can benefit from the Wim Hof Method in any corner of the world.
What notable features does the app have?
The Wim Hof Method app doesn’t just stop at guiding your breathing practises. It also offers you the platform to time your sessions with the integrated stopwatch; log your breathing and exercise results, and track our progress on the in-app calendar and bar graph.
With introductory videos and educational resources, the app is available on both Android and iOS. Unbelievably, it’s also free. Having used it every day since downloading, all that Ste would ask for is finer controls for the tempo for breathing. Occasionally he finds himself needing to go a little quicker than it allows. Maybe that’s a suggestion for the app developers to note.
